XC (Xiongchang) is an established expert providing end-to-end, integrated cold roll forming solutions worldwide. Our extensive portfolio encompasses core production machinery for structural roofing, wall cladding, composite flooring decks, metal doors, and precision framing profiles. We deliver complete auxiliary line equipment, from heavy-duty decoilers and straightening systems to fly-shear cutting assemblies, ensuring efficient operational workflows.
Operating from our 50,000 m² state-of-the-art facility, our manufacturing processes are rooted in lean principles and precision automation. We address global supply chain volatility by vertically integrating our manufacturing capabilities.
We utilize premium raw materials, including Cr12MoV, D2, and SKD11 tool steels for our forming rollers. Our high-frequency vacuum heat treatment protocols yield a surface hardness of HRC 58-62, drastically reducing mechanical wear over millions of operational cycles.
Our rollers, shafts, and key mechanical components undergo multi-axis CNC lathe processing. We hold shaft tolerances within ±0.02mm, ensuring consistent pressure distribution across the metal profile and preventing scuffing or thinning of paint coatings on pre-painted coils.
Having our own machining facility, assembly workshop, and heat treatment plants ensures we maintain direct control over lead times and build quality. This vertical integration allows us to deliver customized configurations faster than traditional equipment suppliers.
The next generation of roll forming equipment goes beyond simple mechanical shaping. At XC, our engineering team focuses on integrating real-time quality control, automated adjustments, and predictive maintenance technologies.
With our dedication on a robust technical force and advanced industrial equipment, We XC aimed to provide integrated and automated systems across our production, to fulfill diverse industrial requirements, try our best in guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and performance in every machine we build.

Procuring industrial equipment internationally requires a clear understanding of compliance, local electrical standards, and structural guidelines. At XC, we verify that every machine shipped is configured to match local factory environment requirements.
We offer electrical setups designed to meet specific regional requirements, including CE compliance for Europe and UL-listed or CSA-compliant parts for North America. Motors and wiring are configured to match local grid parameters (e.g., 380V/50Hz/3Ph or 480V/60Hz/3Ph).
Safety remains a core focus. Our machines feature integrated protective meshing, emergency stop buttons across all stations, and safety light curtains to protect operators.
To prepare for long ocean transits, all key components are coated with rust-inhibiting grease, vacuum-wrapped in plastic film, and secured to steel skids inside containers to prevent damage.
Find answers to common technical, logistics, and operational questions regarding roof gutter and sheet metal forming systems.
Our standard roof gutter machines process material thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm. The machines are designed to run various metals, including Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel (PPGI), Aluminum (both painted and mill finish), Copper, and Zinc. For heavy-duty industrial box gutters, we can engineer custom machines to form sheet metals up to 1.5 mm thick.
We machine our rollers using precision multi-axis CNC lathes and apply a hard chrome coating (typically 0.05mm thick) with a mirror polish finish. This reduces friction and prevents scuffing, cracking, or scraping of the paint layer on pre-coated coils during forming.
Because K-style and Half-Round profiles require different tooling configurations and roll passes, they cannot be formed on the same set of rollers. However, we design double-high/dual-level roll formers, where one level processes K-style profiles and the second level runs Half-Round profiles. This saves floor space and simplifies operation.
We utilize PLC control systems from leading brands such as Siemens (Germany), Delta (Taiwan), or Mitsubishi (Japan). The touchscreen interface is programmed with multi-language capabilities (English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, etc.), allowing operators to adjust target lengths, batch quantities, and speeds.
Standard profile machines are generally completed in 45 to 60 days. Highly customized lines—such as integrated punch units, variable-width formers, or dual-level configurations—take approximately 75 to 90 days, which includes detailed profile engineering, CNC tooling fabrication, assembly, and testing.
We coat all unpainted steel parts and rollers with rust-preventive oil. The machine body is then wrapped in waterproof film, secured inside a sea-freight container using steel wires, and braced with wooden blocks to prevent movement during transit.
